Eligibility and approval
Applications are reviewed and may be approved, declined, suspended or closed. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account and payout information, and keep your login and API credentials secure.
Approval does not create employment, agency, franchise, exclusivity or authority to bind Wallpapers.art.
Commission and attribution
The rate, attribution window, validation period, payout threshold and eligible products shown in your accepted agreement or dashboard apply. Commission is calculated on eligible merchandise revenue after discounts and excludes shipping, tax, memberships, gift cards, refunds, chargebacks and ineligible products.
A valid partner coupon takes priority over an earlier referral click; otherwise the last eligible click within the stated window applies. Creators do not earn affiliate commission on their own artwork lines. Self-referrals are not eligible.
Disclosures and promotional conduct
Clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn commission close to each recommendation or affiliate link. A coupon code alone is not a sufficient disclosure.
Do not use spam, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, hidden frames, attribution-overwriting extensions, misleading prices, fabricated scarcity, unauthorised brand bidding, typo domains, impersonation or private coupon publication.
API and thumbnail license
Approved partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use catalog data and supplied thumbnails only to promote linked Wallpapers.art products. Hotlink the supplied image URLs and respect rate limits, registered-domain restrictions and takedown instructions.
Do not expose secret API keys in browser code, scrape beyond the approved API, store print masters, offer artwork as a download, remove rights notices, resell files, train AI systems on supplied artwork or materially alter images beyond responsive display sizing.
Validation, reversals and payouts
Commission remains pending during the validation period and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referral, duplicate attribution or breach. Available balances meeting the threshold enter the applicable payout cycle after identity, tax and payout checks are complete.
You are responsible for your taxes. Wallpapers.art may request information or apply reporting or withholding required by law or a payout provider.
Suspension and termination
We may pause coupons, revoke API keys, stop new attribution or terminate participation for risk, legal, rights, security or policy reasons. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to validation, reversal and payout rules.
