Wallpapers.art is operated by Targa Ltd. Product production and delivery may be performed by specialist third-party fulfilment providers. Winneroo Ltd may act as payment agent where identified at checkout.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected custom-made product. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and the order proceeds to fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced, appears fraudulent or contains an obvious pricing or technical error.
Customers must verify artwork, format, size, frame, quantity and delivery details before payment.
Custom-made products
Products are manufactured to the configuration selected by the customer. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain subject to applicable law and our custom-made order policy.
Accounts and Art Club
Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials secure and information accurate. Art Club prices and benefits apply according to the membership offer shown when joining and may not be combined with every promotion.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, scrape or reproduce the catalog at scale, bypass access controls, misuse customer or creator data, or use artwork beyond the rights granted with the physical product.
Availability and liability
We work to keep product information and the service accurate, but availability, previews and delivery estimates can change. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
