Art Prints & Creator FAQ
Answers about prints, framing, delivery, custom-made orders, Art Club and selling artwork.
What is Wallpapers.art?
Wallpapers.art is a marketplace for ordering original digital artwork as physical fine art prints, stretched canvas and framed wall art. The catalog includes proprietary Wallpapers.com artwork and approved work from independent creators.
Which products can I order?
The current range includes unframed enhanced matte fine art prints, stretched canvas and framed enhanced matte prints. Available formats can vary by size and delivery destination.
Which sizes are available?
The launch range includes 12 × 18, 16 × 24 and 24 × 36 inch products, with centimetre equivalents shown by the unit switcher. The product configurator displays the combinations currently available for that artwork.
Which frame colours do you offer?
The current framed-print range offers black, white and natural wood-style finishes with Perspex glaze. Frame availability is confirmed in the product configurator.
Is the room preview exactly to scale?
The preview shows the selected dimensions relative to typical furniture and is intended as a visual guide. Measure your wall and use the stated product dimensions before ordering.
Who prints and ships the artwork?
Each piece is made to order through our specialist production network and may be routed to an eligible facility near the destination, depending on product and regional availability.
How long does delivery take?
Every item must be produced before it ships. The checkout estimate combines expected production and transit time, but it is not a guaranteed arrival date. Peak demand, carrier disruption and customs can cause delays.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when the selected delivery service supports it. Large or mixed orders may be dispatched in separate parcels with separate tracking events.
Can I return a print if I change my mind?
No. Each item is custom made for the selected artwork, product, size and frame, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Review all options and measurements before paying.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item, issue, packaging and shipping label. After validation, an appropriate replacement, reprint or refund may be arranged.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
Not exactly in every case. Screens emit light while paper and canvas reflect it. Monitor settings, ambient light, print material and normal production tolerances can create small colour differences.
Can I reproduce or commercially use artwork I purchase?
No. Buying a print gives you the physical product for personal display; it does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction, resale-copy, tokenisation, model-training or commercial-use rights.
What does Art Club include?
The current Art Club offer includes member pricing on eligible artwork, early access to selected releases and the annual benefit described on the membership page. The active offer shown when joining governs the membership.
Can artists sell work on Wallpapers.art?
Yes. Creator onboarding is opening in stages. Applicants must control the necessary rights, meet content and print-quality standards, and accept the creator terms presented during onboarding.
Who owns artwork uploaded by a creator?
Creators retain ownership. Approved creators grant Wallpapers.art the permissions needed to display, market, create product previews, print and fulfil customer orders for published work.
How are creator royalties calculated?
Creators start at 50% of the royalty base and can progress to 70% through published milestones. The base is discounted item revenue plus allocated customer shipping revenue, less production, provider shipping, payment processing, print preparation, refunds and other directly attributable costs. Tax is excluded because it is collected for the tax authority.
When are creator royalties paid?
A royalty starts as pending, becomes available after the applicable fulfilment and reserve conditions, and becomes paid when included in a completed payout. The creator dashboard and accepted onboarding agreement show the applicable threshold, schedule, currency and verification requirements.
