Artwork ownership
Wallpapers.art does not transfer ownership of an artwork when a physical print is purchased. The customer owns the physical product, while copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the relevant rights holder.
Customer use
Products are sold for personal display. Purchasing a print does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, resell copies, mint tokens, train models on the image or use the artwork commercially.
Creator responsibility
Creators must submit only work they are authorised to publish and sell. They are responsible for releases and permissions covering incorporated photographs, characters, brands, people and other protected material.
Report an infringement
A report should identify the protected work, the Wallpapers.art listing, the rights owner, the reporting party's authority and reliable contact details. We may request additional evidence before restricting a listing or notifying the creator.
