Production before shipping
Your order enters production after payment and artwork checks are complete. Production time depends on the selected format, size, frame and destination.
The estimated production and delivery window shown during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Peak periods, customs checks and carrier disruptions can add time.
Production and fulfilment
Where possible, orders are routed to a suitable production facility near the delivery destination to reduce distance and transit time.
Some products or destinations may require international production or shipping. Product availability can therefore vary by country.
Tracking and delivery
When the selected shipping service provides tracking, the tracking reference is added to the order once the parcel leaves production. Large or mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for monitoring carrier notices after dispatch.
Customs and local charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these local charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from the order, contact support promptly with the order number, packaging photos and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the production record and arrange an appropriate remedy when the claim is validated.
