No change-of-mind returns
Wallpapers.art products are personalised production choices made specifically for each order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size or frame, or decides the item no longer suits the room.
Please review the artwork, measurements, product type, frame colour, delivery address and quantity carefully before paying.
Cancellations and changes
Production can begin shortly after an order is accepted. Contact support immediately if a change is required. We will try to help, but an order cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Damaged or incorrect products
The no-return rule does not remove your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered. Report the problem promptly and retain the item and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
- Provide the order number
- Photograph the full item and the specific issue
- Photograph the packaging and shipping label
Available remedies
After validating a production or fulfilment issue, Wallpapers.art may arrange a replacement, reprint or refund as appropriate. A remedy cannot be issued for normal screen-to-print colour variation, minor manufacturing tolerances or damage caused after delivery.
