Eligibility and accurate information
Creators must be legally able to enter the agreement and must provide accurate identity, payment, tax and contact information. Accounts may require verification before publishing or receiving payouts.
Rights and licence
The creator retains ownership of submitted artwork and grants Wallpapers.art a non-exclusive licence to store, display, crop for previews, market, reproduce and provide the work to production partners as needed to operate listings and fulfil orders.
The creator warrants that the work and all supplied metadata are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
Review and listing control
Wallpapers.art may approve, reject, pause or remove artwork based on quality, technical suitability, rights concerns, customer experience or marketplace policy. Acceptance of one submission does not guarantee acceptance of future work.
Sales, fulfilment and earnings
Wallpapers.art sets the customer-facing product experience and coordinates fulfilment. For each eligible order item, the creator dashboard records the item price, royalty base, contracted rate, royalty amount and current ledger status.
Creators start at 50% of the royalty base and can progress to 70% through the published dashboard milestones: a verified do-follow creator-page backlink from the creator's own public website, approved artwork totals and eligible print-sale totals. Each completed milestone adds five percentage points, subject to verification and a 70% cap. The royalty base is discounted item revenue plus allocated customer shipping revenue, less production, provider shipping, payment processing, print preparation, refunds and other directly attributable costs. Tax is excluded because it is collected for the tax authority.
Refunds, replacements, chargebacks, fraud, tax withholding and cancelled transactions may reduce, delay or reverse an amount. Changes remain visible in the royalty ledger.
Royalty availability and payouts
A royalty is pending when a qualifying customer payment is captured. It becomes available after the applicable fulfilment and reserve conditions are met, then becomes paid when included in a completed creator payout.
The accepted onboarding agreement and dashboard state the payout provider, supported currency, verification requirements, payout threshold, reserve period and schedule. Wallpapers.art may be required to withhold amounts or collect tax information depending on the creator's location.
Ending participation
A creator may request that listings stop accepting new orders, subject to outstanding orders and legal retention duties. Wallpapers.art may suspend or terminate participation for breach, rights complaints, fraud, harmful conduct or risk to customers and the marketplace.
